Preparation and Usage
Bath Salts-Add 2-3 Handfuls of our natural Epsom bath salts under warm running water and allow to fully dissolve. Reseal pouch firmly to keep waterproof. How to Run The Perfect Bath 1 Set the ambience by dimming the lights to create the ultimate relaxation experience. 2 Get your water temperature just right, 37-40°C is ideal. 3 Add 2-3 handfuls of our natural Epsom Bath Salts under running water and allow to fully dissolve to promote relaxation and tranquility. 4 Soak for at least 20 minutes to relax your mind and body and emerge ready for a beautiful night's sleep.
