Preparation and Usage
How to use: Use Aquafresh Complete Care toothpaste twice daily for 2 minutes. Do not brush more than 3 times a day, minimise swallowing, and spit out. For children 6 years and younger: use a pea-sized amount for supervised brushing to minimise swallowing. *Follow a healthy diet and brush twice-daily as protection may decrease between brushing **With regular brushing.
