Gin intro

It all starts with juniper…

Gin can be made from any blend of botanicals, but it wouldn’t be gin without juniper. This little blue-black berry (or, strictly speaking, fleshy cone) must be used by law, but the list of other botanicals a distiller can use is almost endless. Choosing which ones to use, and in what amount, is all part of the master blender’s art.
