Ingredients

  • 10ml De Kuyper Cherry Brandy Liqueur
  • Waitrose Cava Brut, to top up
  • 1 cherry and 1 tsp syrup from a jar of Opies Black Cherries with Kirsch

Method

  1. Pour 10ml De Kuyper Cherry Brandy Liqueur into a flute. Top up with chilled Waitrose Cava Brut then add 1 cherry and 1 tsp syrup from a jar of Opies Black Cherries with Kirsch.
