Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Little’s Rich Hazelnut Instant Coffee
  • 100ml hot water
  • 2 tsp No.1 Salted Caramel Sauce
  • 25ml Kahlúa
  • 1 scoop No.1 Colombian Coffee Ice Cream
  • 1 Jules Destrooper Almond Thin
  • 1 salted almond

Method

  1. In a cup, mix 1 tsp Little’s Rich Hazelnut Instant Coffee with 100ml hot water. Leave to cool slightly.

  2. Swirl 1-2 tsp No.1 Salted Caramel Sauce around a cocktail glass. Shake the cooled coffee with 25ml KahlÚa and a small scoop of No.1 Colombian Coffee Ice Cream in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

  3. Pour into the glass and garnish with a Jules Destrooper Almond Thin and a salted almond.
