Ingredients
- 50ml London dry gin
- 2 tsp Duchy Organic Redcurrant Jelly
- 10ml Belvoir Elderflower & Rose Cordial
- 5ml lemon juice
- Redcurrants, to garnish
Method
Add the London dry gin, redcurrant jelly, cordial and lemon juice to a mixing glass and stir until the jelly breaks up and turns into a smooth liquid. Strain into a coupe filled with ice. Garnish with redcurrants.
