Ingredients

  • 300g strained yogurt
  • 200ml vanilla custard
  • 1 orange, zest
  • 3 mince pies, about 160-170g
  • 4 tsp morello cherry compote

Method

  1. Fold together the strained yogurt and cold vanilla custard. Add the fifinely grated zest of the orange. Crumble the mince pies and gently fold in most of them to distribute, reserving some pieces to decorate. Divide among 4 glasses, swirl 1 tsp morello cherry compote through each glass, then top with the reserved pie pieces.
