15ml lemon, juice
50ml The Sexton Single Malt
dry apple cider
1 apple, slice

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add sugar syrup, lemon juice and The Sexton Single Malt, then shake. Strain into a stemmed glass filled with ice and top with dry apple cider. Stir gently to mix, then garnish with slices of apple.
