Ingredients

  • 50ml vodka
  • 25ml Warninks Advocaat
  • ¼ lime or lemon, juice
  • Lemonade, such as Fentimans Victorian lemonade, chilled
  • 1 Maraschino cherry, or a frozen or fresh raspberry, to serve

Method

  1. Chill a Champagne saucer or martini glass ahead of time. Shake or mix the vodka, advocaat and lime or lemon juice with ice, then strain into the chilled glass. Add a glug of the chilled lemonade. The perfect festive flourish is a maraschino cherry, or float a fresh – or better still, frozen - raspberry on top.
