Ingredients

  • 2 x 200g packs British Tenderstem Broccoli Spears
  • 2 salad onions, finely sliced
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

For the dressing

  • 100g Essential Greek Style Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Cooks' ingredients Harissa Paste
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose soy sauce
  • 30g piece ginger, peeled and finely grated
  • 1 tbsp light brown soft sugar
  • 3 clove/s garlic, crushed

Method

  1. Combine the dressing ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Set a griddle pan over a medium-high heat. Griddle the broccoli in batches, sprinkling with a little water to create some steam. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred in places.

  3. Arrange on a serving platter and drizzle over some dressing. Scatter with the salad onions and sesame seeds, then serve with the remaining dressing on the side.

Cook’s tip

Some Cooks’ Ingredients Chilli & Garlic Paste would work well instead of harissa.
