Ingredients

  • 300g pack 12 sticky beef teriyaki skewers
  • 2 tbsp Kenko Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Cooks' Ingredients Kimchi Paste
  • 1 Cooks’ Ingredients Unwaxed Lime

Method

  1. Cook the skewers according to pack instructions.

  2. Meanwhile, mix the mayo with enough kimchi paste to taste. If needed, loosen the mayo with a small splash of warm water, so it can be drizzled easily – if you have one, put it into a squeezy bottle with a small nozzle.

  3. Remove the zest from the lime with a peeler, avoiding as much white pith as possible, then cut into fine strips or use a zester. Place the hot skewers on a platter, drizzle with mayo, then scatter with the lime zest.

  4. Serve with extra lime wedges for squeezing over.
