Shallow fry

180°c. Preheat air fryer and remove all packaging. Place product in air fryer tray. Program air fryer to cook for 10 minutes. Drain meat juice, gently separate the wings, ensuring an even spread as one layer, cook for a further 10 mins. Meanwhile place the sachet of sauce in a cup of hot water to warm through. Allow to stand for one minute, and drizzle over the sauce to serve. Ensure products are piping hot and cooked thoroughly before serving. All appliances vary, this is a guide only. Do not reheat once cooled.

Oven cook

From Chilled

OVEN HEAT. Preheat oven. Place the sauce sachet to one side. Empty the contents of the bag into an ovenproof tray. Place into the centre of the oven for 10 mins. Remove and carefully separate the wings. Return to the oven for a further 15 minutes. Meanwhile place the sachet of sauce in a cup of hot water to warm through. Remove wings from the oven and drizzle the sauce over to serve. (Time 25 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
