Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.

Oven cook

From Chilled

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve only. Place foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately remove film lid. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. (Time 18-20 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
