Qvevris KisiWine of Georgia.A unique and rare amber wine made using a traditional "Qvevri". An ancient Georgian method of wine production. The white grapes are placed inside these large clay vessels and buried underground to ferment for several months. Amber dry wine is produced from selected kisi grapes (grown in own vineyards, Kakheti region) according to the Kakhetian century-old method - Full fermentation and maceration on grape skin in Qvevri.
