TYPE TEMP RARE MEDIUM WELL DONE. Electric 180ºC 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g (½Kg)…Fan 160ºC 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g (½ Kg)…Gas Gas 4 20 mins 25 mins 30 mins per 500g (½ Kg)……+ 20 mins + 25 mins + 30 mins. Preheat oven. Place in a roasting tin in centre of oven. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly cooked. Leave to rest in a warm place for 10 mins before carving. Cooks Tip: Seal joint for 3-4 minutes in a hot frying pan, turning occasionally. Then cook as above. (Oven: 180°C, Fan: 160°C, Gas: Gas Mark gas 4)
