^For 4 gyoza]- Remove sleeve & peel back film halfway- Add 1 tbsp of cold water & replace film- Place 1 tray in the microwave on full power for- 35 seconds ^900wi or 40 seconds ^750w]- Leave to stand for 1 min^For 8 gyoza]- Remove sleeve & peel back film halfway- Add 1 tbsp of cold water to each tray & replace film - Place both trays next to each other in the centre of the microwave- Microwave on full power for 1 min 10 seconds ^900w] or 1 min 20 seconds ^750w]- Leave to stand for 1 min
Cooking instructions
General
Please ensure gyoza dumplings are cooked until piping hot.Do not re-heat once cooked. Do not consume cold.Please always be careful of hot steam when removing gyoza dumplings.For guidance only, cooking appliances will vary.
Shallow fry
From Chilled
- Pre-heat pan with 1 tsp of oil on a low/medium heat- Add gyoza to pan & cook for 4 mins- Add 4 tbsp of cold water into pan & cover with a lid- Cook for a further 4 mins until all the water evaporates
Steam
From Chilled
- Place colander/sieve above a pan of softly boiling water- Place gyoza in colander/sieve & cover with a lid- Steam for 5-6 mins
