Start with a cold griddle pan. Place burgers on a griddle pan and cook on a medium heat for 18 minutes turning frequently, until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Cooking instructions
General
Preparation and cooking: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Remove all packaging before cooking.Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not reheat once cooled.
Oven cook
From Chilled
Preheat oven (180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas mark 4). Place burgers onto a grill rack on an ovenproof tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 40 - 45 mins until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
