Oven cook
From Frozen
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Spread fries evenly in a single layer on a baking tray and place in the centre of the oven. Cook for 16 -18 minutes, turning halfway to ensure even crispiness. Cook until crisp and golden and piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 16 to 18 mins, Oven: 220°C, Fan: 200°C, Gas: Gas Mark 7)
Deep fry
From Chilled
Time: 4-5 mins. Preheat the frying oil to 175°C. Remove all packaging. Add fries to basket and fry in hot oil for 4-5 minutes. Fry until crisp and golden. Ensure the fryer is never more than one third full and do not leave unattended. Drain well on absorbent paper before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.
