Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7 (+5 mins)Please don't grill!This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn't suitable for microwaving. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking.1 Pre-heat oven. Remove pie from the box (still in its case). For best results, brush the pastry with milk or whisked egg.2 Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 30 mins until the pastry turns golden brown.3 Leave to stand for 2 mins. Remove pie from the case by using scissors to make a cut from the rim downwards to the base, or by slowly pulling the edges of the case away from the pie. Make sure it's piping hot.
